I am proud to inform you that Kalinga Divers Foundation (KDF) is voluntarily undertaking rescue operations to protect Holi bathers in the river. Every year during the Holi festival, tragic drowning incidents occur, and KDF is taking proactive steps to prevent such occurrences. This initiative represents a small yet significant effort to ensure the safety of those celebrating this vibrant festival.
